Corporate Design, Workshops, Management

Consulting

I combine artistic sensibility for clear design with management experience and practical strategy. To create projects that are visually impactful and sustainable, I use an interdisciplinary approach.

Clients can expect tailored solutions designed to meet their specific needs. The strategies and processes I develop ensure that outcomes are not only innovative but also enduring. This gives every project clarity, effectiveness and maximum impact.

My services include marketing and design solutions ranging from branding and visual identity to digital and print design as well as project management and strategic consulting. In addition, I offer workshops that connect creative ideas with practical application, providing fresh perspectives and actionable insights.

Corporate Design
and Branding

The concepts, marketing materials and websites I create are precisely tailored to the client's goals and target audience and are supported by individual consulting as well as seamless project management. Each visual element is designed to communicate the brand clearly and leave a lasting impact across all touchpoints.

By combining modern graphic design with artistic techniques such as drawing, hand-printing and other unconventional methods, I develop marketing materials that make the organization of the client stand out. Each marketing material is treated as a carefully crafted object – not only uniquely designed but also serving a clear purpose: to strengthen brands, distinguish them from the competition and increase their visibility.

Workshops and Mentoring

Hand papermaking and paper art can be explored in my workshops. I teach traditional papermaking techniques while participants experiment with different methods to shape, form and manipulate paper and transform it into two- or three-dimensional objects.

Workshops also include opportunities to consult on specific art projects, both formally and conceptually. Paper, often underestimated in its versatility, becomes a distinctive medium for artistic expression and a catalyst for new perspectives. Beyond creativity it encourages engagement with contemporary ideas of sustainability and innovation. No prior knowledge is required. Workshops are site-specific and designed for universities, non-profits or companies.

Organizational Development
and Management

I have served as President of the International Association of Hand Papermakers and Paper Artists (IAPMA) e.V. since 2022, an association with close to 700 members in more than 50 countries worldwide. In 2021, I played a pivotal role in registering the association as a non-profit organization in Dresden, Germany, marking the first legal registration of the organization since its founding in 1986. In this context, I have established a sustainable organizational structure within the association since 2022, based on Good Corporate Governance principles. I understand organizational development as a long-term process in which organizations deliberately evolve their structures, processes and culture to become more effective and adaptable. People are actively involved and changes are approached in a holistic and strategic way.

I have been a certified foundation manager (DSA) since 2021 and a Director of the Ugandan non-profit The Xsabo Foundation since 2018. In 2018, I developed the "Fancy Pads Initiative" in Uganda together with the foundation, a corporate social responsibility project that combines an innovative product with social impact. The Fancy Pads are biodegradable single-use menstrual pads made from plant fibers, an invention I developed. The initiative promotes menstrual hygiene management (MHM), creates jobs for women and supports girls in attending school during their periods — helping them break the poverty cycle.

I offer consulting services to for-profit and non-profit organizations in organizational development and management, helping them improve structures, processes and strategic effectiveness.
